At my workshop, I offer custom panel sizes to meet your specific requirements (subject to design limitations). I am able to modify and adjust the size of many of my designs to fit your specific needs. For repeating patterns, I can add or remove rows or columns to create the exact size you require or to accommodate the reduction of a patterned area, if necessary. I ensure that every panel I make is tailored to your precise specifications, providing you with a perfect fit and beautiful result.

Laser Services - Cutting
At our laser cutting business, we offer a wide range of laser services, with the cutting of non-metallic materials being our specialty. Our lasers are capable of cutting through a variety of materials including Wood, Paper, Plastics, Foam, Leather, MDF, Plywood, Laminated boards, and Vinyl, among others. We have provided detailed information charts outlining the full list of materials we work with and a guide on the recommended thicknesses for each material. Laser services - Engraving
In addition to our cutting laser services, we also offer expert engraving or etching on a variety of materials including Wood, Plastics, Foam, Leather, MDF, Plywood, and Glass. Our engraving capabilities also extend to metals that have a coated finish, such as Anodized Aluminium, where we can remove the coating to reveal the shiny metal underneath. By adjusting the power / speed the depth of the engraving can be adjusted from a very fine and light mark to almost going through the material.
Rotary Engraving
Our engraving laser services also include a specialized rotary attachment, which allows us to engrave on cylindrical objects such as Glassware or Flasks. This feature opens up new possibilities for adding a personal message or image to your gifts or products. Our rotary attachment ensures that every engraving on cylindrical objects is precise, accurate, and of the highest quality.
Available Finishes
PU Lacquer
Polyurethane lacquer is a 2 part catalysed finish with very high water, heat and scratch resistance. It comes in many sheen levels and is available in any colour. This finish is applied using a spray gun.
Applied Vinyl
There are 100s if not 1000s of different Vinyl patterns or colours, effects or designs that can be applied to the surface of the material before being cut. See 2 examples below along with a colour chart.
Left Natural
The default finish is left natural. Customers are then free to add their own finish if they choose, maybe paint, stain or wax. This provides a more cost effective option and of course a quicker turn around time.
