Deeper objects
Our lasers can cut items with a depth of up to 450mm on the 1200x900 model and 250mm on the 2500x1300 model. The picture shows some examples of electrical housings that we have cut.

My Machines
The Red Devil
With a 1200mm x 900mm bed size this 100w Co2 laser machine is quite a capable unit. The bed is adjustable and can raise and lower to accommodate objects upto 500mm high. It is used for cutting and engraving non-metal materials.
The tube I use is an EFR X-Series 100w Co2.
I have also added a U-Axis for the rotary devices so swapping for engraving cylindrical objects (bottles, glasses etc) is quick to set up.

The Monster
The machine lives up to its name as a true ‘monster’! With a cutting area of 2500mm by 1300mm, it can handle a full 8×4 sheet of MDF or plywood, simplifying the process of mass production or the creation of large items. It also features a rise-and-fall bed that can accommodate items up to 280mm in height. This machine is used for cutting and engraving non-metal materials.
The tube I use is an EFR X-Series 150w Co2. Able to cut 18mm MDF in 1 pass.
